Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and managing relational databases.
- Expertise in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into business value.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
