Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports for federal agency stakeholders
- Clean, validate, and preprocess large datasets ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and narratives
- Monitor KPIs and develop automated reporting systems
- Support compliance with federal data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Experience with federal contracting datasets preferred
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics a plus
