Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data governance compliance and maintain data integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Automate data extraction processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
