As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, track business metrics, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of large data sets to support business decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with management to define data requirements, analytical goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Create detailed written reports and presentations for executive leadership to drive strategy.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract and manipulate data from various sources, including SQL databases and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (strongly preferred) and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
