Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Management: Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to refine data pipelines and reporting processes for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying; proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot data anomalies and ensure accuracy in reporting.
