Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business performance and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, making complex data accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
