Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to clients through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
- Experience with healthcare or logistics data preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar a plus
