Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist leadership in forecasting sales and operational metrics.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling large datasets and generating reports.
