Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand data needs.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Expert-level Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macro development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
