Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize product strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and experimental design
