- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and trends within large datasets.
- Report Generation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Recommend business process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team members to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
