Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-friendly insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
