Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Produce regular performance reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
