Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to streamline data delivery and improve decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and predictive modeling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Proven experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Certification in Google Analytics, Tableau, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
