Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends in business performance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by auditing data sources and validating results.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable solutions.
