Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using Python and SQL to process 10M+ daily records
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for C-suite executives tracking KPIs across 200+ hospital facilities
- Conduct A/B tests on treatment protocols using statistical modeling to validate clinical hypotheses
- Collaborate with biomedical engineers to integrate IoT sensor data into predictive analytics platform
- Present findings to FDA compliance teams ensuring adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Mentor junior analysts on data visualization best practices and anomaly detection techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years analyzing healthcare or clinical trial data with proven impact on patient outcomes
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs)
- Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of executive-level dashboards
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Strong business acumen translating technical insights into actionable clinical strategies
