Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekend operations.
- SQL Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data, perform joins, and analyze trends across the database.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
