Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform ETL processes to clean, transform, and integrate data from various sources into a unified repository.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership, specifically focusing on weekend performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytical models.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work a consistent Weekend Shift (e.g., Friday to Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior management.
