Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support weekend business operations and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime during critical weekend shifts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data tools to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
