Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Cleanse and prepare data to ensure high-quality, accurate reporting for the weekend operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Generate comprehensive weekly reports and presentations to executive leadership regarding weekend performance metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors during off-hours.
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies immediately upon shift start.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data findings into simple, actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically to solve business problems.
