The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst to cover the weekend reporting cycle. You will ensure that our stakeholders have access to accurate, timely data to make informed decisions during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to prepare for analysis.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Maintain and update data documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
