As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our decision-making process, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust and our reporting is accurate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize performance, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI and Tableau.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and A/B testing to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Document data processes and maintain database schemas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
