We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Data Analyst to join our elite team in Indianapolis. This position offers a competitive Weekend Shift schedule, providing you with weekdays free to focus on personal commitments, while allowing for Remote Options.
As a key member of our analytics division, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and uncover growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive, visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to support business forecasting and decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to improve performance.
- Remote Collaboration: Communicate findings effectively through virtual channels and presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
