Responsibilities
- Analyze weekend transactional, behavioral, and operational data to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement weekend-specific analytics frameworks
- Develop predictive models to optimize weekend operations and customer experience
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across weekend data pipelines and ensure compliance with privacy standards
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for weekend marketing campaigns and product features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail for weekend data quality
- Portfolio demonstrating weekend-specific analytics projects preferred
