Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for weekend operational stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement corrective actions
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise documentation and presentations
- Support weekend shift operations with real-time data analysis and ad-hoc reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with large datasets and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM EST)
