Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities
- Develop weekend-specific reporting dashboards for real-time operational insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design automated data pipelines to ensure weekend shift continuity and accuracy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across New York and Ohio-based systems
- Support ad-hoc analysis for weekend operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Excellent communication skills translating complex insights
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
