Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large-scale datasets
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives
- Support weekend data pipeline monitoring and incident response
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
