Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for weekend operational metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and recommendations
- Maintain data quality through validation and cleansing processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests for urgent business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
