As a Data Analyst on our weekend team, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to support our strategic goals. You will bridge the gap between raw data and business intelligence, ensuring our stakeholders have the information they need to make critical decisions.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Retrieve and clean large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Trend Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present findings and insights to management and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
