We are a leading data-driven organization seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Due to our 24/7 operational cycle, we are urgently hiring for a dedicated Weekend Shift role. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to high-impact data projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, ensuring our business intelligence tools are up-to-date, and supporting critical reporting needs during off-peak hours. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI), and reports for the weekend shift team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data governance policies.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance summaries and executive presentations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on reporting and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
