Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Document processes and ensure data integrity across all analytical outputs
- Present findings to executive teams through clear visualizations and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
