Responsibilities
- Perform Data Cleaning & Preparation: Ensure all datasets are accurate, complete, and formatted correctly for analysis before the start of the weekend operations.
- Generate Business Intelligence Reports: Create detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders using SQL and visualization tools.
- Identify Trends & Patterns: Analyze historical data to uncover trends that can drive strategic decision-making for the upcoming week.
- Maintain Database Integrity: Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot discrepancies in real-time during the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with operations and management to interpret data findings and suggest actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Excel for advanced data manipulation.
- Tools: Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard schedule.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
