Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to manipulate and retrieve data efficiently.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
