Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
