Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends in customer behavior and operational efficiency
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Execute A/B tests and statistical modeling to optimize marketing campaigns

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with weekend shift availability
