This is a Weekend Shift position (Saturday/Sunday), offering a unique work-life balance opportunity. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to drive growth.
We are looking for someone who thrives in an analytical environment and is comfortable working independently during the weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources for analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team on weekends to answer ad-hoc data queries and provide support.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines and reporting methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data accuracy and integrity before final reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and optimization), Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
