Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact weekend operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Prepare and present weekly reports for stakeholders, focusing on accuracy and actionable insights during weekend cycles.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, transformation, and validation to support downstream analytical models.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot data issues and optimize database queries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work a rotating Weekend Shift.
