Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and ensure data integrity.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and forecast future trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably with experience in weekend or shift-based roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to the Philadelphia area with assistance provided.
