As a Data Analyst on our weekend shift team, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, generating critical insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Extract & Clean Data: Query large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders and management.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to provide actionable business insights.
- Data Integrity: Validate data accuracy and maintain documentation for data sources and processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
