Responsibilities
- Execute complex data queries and statistical analysis on large-scale datasets to support weekend business intelligence needs.
- Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot data integrity issues and improve reporting pipelines.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead during off-peak hours.
- Identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic planning.
- Ensure all data models are scalable, accurate, and compliant with company security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Tech or Finance sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Proven experience creating interactive visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
