Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and statistical analysis tools to support business operations.
- Create compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on weekend operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in New York and New Orleans to define data requirements.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and manage database queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with Weekend Shift or operational support roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable attendance is mandatory for weekend shifts.
