Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for weekend stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Monitor weekend KPIs and performance metrics, flagging critical issues to leadership
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure weekend reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to senior management through clear visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Experience working with weekend or non-traditional shifts preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
