Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize weekly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the integrity of our reporting databases.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency for the wider team.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
