Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Report Generation: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the data workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Programming: Solid foundation in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to data integrity.
