- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accurate reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on weekend performance metrics to identify trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
