Key Responsibilities:
- Data Mining & Processing: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a strong analytical mindset.
