Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to address specific business questions and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize weekly performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to translate raw data into strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Prepare detailed weekly reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve system efficiency.
- Document data workflows and analytical methodologies for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong preference for candidates available for weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-peak hours.
