Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reports and dashboards for weekend operational metrics

- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols for weekend data streams
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership during weekend shifts
- Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to identify data inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during weekend shifts
