We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dedicated weekend operations team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work independently during the weekend to ensure our reporting pipelines are robust and our stakeholders have the information they need to succeed on Monday morning.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain and optimize database schemas and documentation to ensure data accessibility.
- Perform statistical modeling to support business forecasting and performance tracking.
- Ensure strict data integrity and quality control across all reporting systems.
- Present findings to management in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to work effectively and autonomously during weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
