Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and forecasting to support weekend operational strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data analysis.
- Assist in the migration and optimization of legacy data systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
